A1 Gaming League: CS2 Battles Return with a New Tournament Starting March 7 and a Prize Pool of 30,000 BGN

After the legendary ENCE became the champion in the previous A1 Gaming League tournament of the 2024-2025 season in November, it’s time for the next chapter of the action in Bulgaria’s biggest esports league. The championship kicks off on March 7, featuring 24 teams competing for a share of the 30,000 BGN (~15,000 EUR) prize pool.

Unlike the previous tournament, where ENCE, led by four-time Major champion “gla1ve”, triumphed over 19 other teams, this time there will be 4 more participants. 16 out of the 24 teams will begin their journey in the Swiss stage, where teams compete until they achieve three wins or three losses. Throughout this phase, they will face opponents with similar performance levels.

A1 Gaming League is held with the general support of Samsung, along with the backing of A1, Lenovo, Monster Energy, Hellcase, TP-Link, and Happy Delivery.

The 16 teams participating in the Swiss stage are:

Zero Tenacity, SINNERS, Sashi Esport, Rhyno, OG Esports, NAVI Junior, Monte Esports, Fire Flux, FAVBET Team, ECSTATIC, Chimera Esports, BC.Game, Alliance, 500, 9INE, and Tricked.

Among the participants, there are well-known names from the European CS2 scene, further proving the high level of professionalism in both the tournament’s competition and its production quality.

After 8 teams qualify for the elimination phase, another 8 European teams, specially invited for this stage, will join the competition in the Round of 16 playoffs, starting April 12. The A1 Gaming League champion will be crowned on May 11.

The A1 Gaming League is organized by Key Events & Communication.
